All On-Site™ Certified Technicians have gone through intensive training at On-Site^™ University. On-Site^™ University has two (2) state of the art training facilities that allow trainees to work hands on with On-Site^™ equipment and learn the latest techniques of window treatment cleaning.

The course includes topics from how to properly pre-inspect a window covering before cleaning to which type of cleaning head and chemicals to use. Technicians are trained in the art of spot removal as well as the application of fabric protectants and flame retardant.

Before completing the course, there is an in-depth discussion on the importance of being a top quality cleaning professional. After completing the course, all trainees graduate as On-Site^™ Certified Technicians, complete with diplomas and certification badges.
